Search Services. Upon user-initiated searches in key categories be designated by Dell, Company shall surface Dell-negotiated e-commerce relationships in premium position above Company-negotiated e-commerce/sponsorship relationships.
Search Services. (a) Company will pay the search fees stated on the applicable Order Form to Google within [* * *] days of the date of invoice.
Search Services. Customer shall transmit each Query from the Site(s) to Ask Jeeves requesting Search Services and Customer shall display any Search Services returned by Ask Jeeves in response to such Query. Ask Jeeves shall provide Search Services to Customer in XML format via HTTP protocol or other means as the parties may agree upon from time to time.
Search Services. The per-person maximum for search services is US$25,000.
Search Services. In the event a Traveler is reported lost, subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations in this Agreement, Redpoint will provide, arrange and pay services for Search operations up to the limits described in this Agreement. Redpoint personnel shall have sole discretion whether or not to provide such services and the manner in which they are provided. Costs will only be covered up to the point when the Traveler is recovered or found by local search and rescue authorities or at the time when the search and rescue authorities advise that continuing the search is no longer viable. In the event that the Traveler or the Traveler’s estate wish to continue searching for the Traveler, despite the search and rescue authorities assuming or advising that death has occurred, costs will only be covered up to the last point that the search and rescue authorities were confident that the Traveler was still living.
Search Services. The Search Fees owed to Google under this Agreement will be calculated using the number of Requests for Search Results Sets as reported by Google.

Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement, commencing on January 1, 2011 and continuing throughout the Term, Microsoft will be the [***] provider of Algorithmic Search Services and Paid Search Services for Sources that Conduit enables on Personal Computers and for Other Platforms. Conduit will not do anything to circumvent such exclusivity. For clarity, the foregoing exclusivity does not apply to Conduit Publishers, Properties or Conduit marketplace applications created by third parties.
