Scope Of Basic Services And The Work. The CMR shall perform all of the Basic Services and furnish all of the materials and perform all of the Work described in the Contract Documents and shall do everything required by the Contract Documents. The term “Work” shall mean all the construction and services required by and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents, and shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, resources and services provided, or to be provided, by CMR to fully complete, or be incorporated into, the Project all in accordance with the Contract Documents and in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
