Scientific cooperation and exchange of data. 1. Both Parties shall keep the other Party informed of its plans for any technical training courses, including regional technical training courses, in which there is an overlap in the technical subject matter to be offered and in the target geographical region with a view to agreeing to joint venues and training programmes where this is in accordance with the missions of the Parties. When a joint venue is agreed upon, the Parties shall take measures to jointly plan the schedule and technical programme for those parts where there is technical overlap.

Scientific cooperation and exchange of data. 1. The Executive Secretary of the Commission and the Director of the Centre or their representatives shall arrange for the provision of appropriate scientific cooperation to assist in the development of the atmospheric transport modelling system of the Commission.

  • Cooperation and Exchange of Information Seller and Buyer shall provide each other with such cooperation and information as either of them reasonably may request of the other in filing any Tax Return pursuant to this Article VI or in connection with any audit or other proceeding in respect of Taxes of the Company. Such cooperation and information shall include providing copies of relevant Tax Returns or portions thereof, together with accompanying schedules, related work papers and documents relating to rulings or other determinations by tax authorities. Each of Seller and Buyer shall retain all Tax Returns, schedules and work papers, records and other documents in its possession relating to Tax matters of the Company for any taxable period beginning before the Closing Date until the expiration of the statute of limitations of the taxable periods to which such Tax Returns and other documents relate, without regard to extensions except to the extent notified by the other party in writing of such extensions for the respective Tax periods. Prior to transferring, destroying or discarding any Tax Returns, schedules and work papers, records and other documents in its possession relating to Tax matters of the Company for any taxable period beginning before the Closing Date, Seller or Buyer (as the case may be) shall provide the other party with reasonable written notice and offer the other party the opportunity to take custody of such materials.

  • Development of Common Reporting and Exchange Model The Parties are committed to working with Partner Jurisdictions and the Organisation for Economic Co- operation and Development on adapting the terms of this Agreement and other agreements between the United States and Partner Jurisdictions to a common model for automatic exchange of information, including the development of reporting and due diligence standards for financial institutions.

  • Consultations and Exchange of Information Either Contracting Party may request consultations on the interpretation or application of this Agreement. The other Contracting Party shall give sympathetic consideration to the request. Upon request by either Contracting Party, information shall be exchanged on the measures of the other Contracting Party that may have an impact on new investments, investments or returns covered by this Agreement.

  • Exchange of Data 67.7.1 To the extent technically feasible, the Parties involved in transporting Transit Traffic will deliver calls to each involved network with Common Channel Signaling (CCS)/Signaling System 7 (SS7) protocol and the appropriate ISUP/TCAP messages to facilitate full interoperability and billing functions. The Parties agree to send all message indicators received.

  • Information and Data 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.

  • - USE, DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION II.10.1 The Contractor shall authorise the Agency to process, use, distribute and publish, for whatever purpose, by whatever means and on whatever medium, any data contained in or relating to the Contract, in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject matter, the duration, the amount paid and the reports. Where personal data is concerned, Article I.9 shall apply.

  • Audit Cooperation In the event either Party is audited by a taxing authority, the other Party agrees to cooperate fully with the Party being audited in order to respond to any audit inquiries in a proper and timely manner so that the audit and/or any resulting controversy may be resolved expeditiously.

  • CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY 11.1 If Cisco and Supplier have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) which covers disclosure of confidential information under the Purchase Order, and if the term of the NDA expires before the expiration or termination of the Purchase Order, then the term of the NDA shall be automatically extended to match the term of the Purchase Order.

  • PUBLICATION AND PUBLICITY The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall not for any reason whatsoever communicate to any third party in any manner whatsoever concerning any of its CONTRACT work product, its conduct under the CONTRACT, the results or data gathered or processed under this CONTRACT, which includes, but is not limited to, reports, computer information and access, drawings, studies, notes, maps and other data prepared by and for the CONSULTANT under the terms of this CONTRACT, without prior written approval from the COMMISSION, unless such release or disclosure is required by judicial proceeding. The CONSULTANT agrees that it shall immediately refer any third party who requests such information to the COMMISSION and shall also report to the COMMISSION any such third party inquiry. This Article shall not apply to information in whatever form that comes into the public domain, nor shall it restrict the CONSULTANT from giving notices required by law or complying with an order to provide information or data when such order is issued by a court, administrative agency or other authority with proper jurisdiction, or if it is reasonably necessary for the CONSULTANT to defend itself from any suit or claim. All approved releases of information, findings, and recommendations shall include a disclaimer provision and all published reports shall include that disclaimer on the cover and title page in the following form: The opinions, findings, and conclusions in this publication are those of the author(s) and not necessarily those of the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Mississippi Transportation Commission, the State of Mississippi or the Federal Highway Administration.
