Schools and Libraries Discount Program. Qualifying schools, libraries, and consortia are entitled to receive percentage discount rates equivalent to those adopted for interstate services pursuant to 47 Code of Federal Regulations Part 54, Subpart F (relating to Universal Service Support for schools and libraries) on intrastate telecommunications services purchases from this Rates, Terms and Conditions.

  • TOOLS AND CLOTHING 30.1 An employee shall be required to provide himself with the ordinary hand tools of his trade, based on established trade union practices at the time of signing of this Agreement. EPSCA and the Union shall establish an appropriate tool list for each trade. Each Employer will provide, insofar as is practical, separate facilities for storing the tools of each trade, but shall not be held responsible for losses, except as noted hereunder:

  • For Information/Tools and Other Research Studies  Outcome of project.  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  A discussion of policy development. State if the project has been cited in government policy publications or technical journals, or has been used to inform regulatory bodies.  The number of website downloads.  An estimate of how the project information has affected energy use and cost, or have resulted in other non-energy benefits.  An estimate of energy and non-energy benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any. • Respond to CAM questions regarding responses to the questionnaires. The Energy Commission may send the Recipient similar questionnaires after the Agreement term ends. Responses to these questionnaires will be voluntary.   • Evaluation Criteria 5.2.1. The responses will be evaluated based on the following: (edit evaluation criteria below as appropriate for your project)

  • Accreditation of Public Schools and Adoption and Implementation of School Plans The District will implement a system of accrediting all of its schools, as described in section 22-11- 307, C.R.S., which may include measures specifically for those schools that have been designated as Alternative Education Campuses, in accordance with the provisions of 1 CCR 301-57. The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.

  • Evaluation of Students Acknowledging the District’s adopted grading system, the teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of a student. No grade or evaluation shall be changed except by the teacher with the approval of the building administrator.

  • PROJECT MILESTONES, REPORTING AND PAYMENTS 15. The milestones for the projects, their relationship to the outputs, expected completion dates, relevant reporting dates and expected payments to be made are set out in bilateral schedules to this Agreement. The Commonwealth will make payments subject to the performance reports demonstrating the relevant milestone has been met.

  • Implementation of and Reporting on the Project A. The Grantee shall implement and complete the Project in accordance with Exhibit A and with the plans and specifications contained in its Grant Application, which is on file with the State and is incorporated by reference. Modification of the Project shall require prior written approval of the State.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • Evaluation Cycle Goal Setting and Development of the Educator Plan
