Discount Rates. The discount rates applied to <<customer_name>> purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit A. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Image Access’s purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Discount Rates. The discount rate applied to the cash flows shall be determined to take into account the following factors:
Discount Rates. 1.1 The discounts rates applied to Universal Telecom, Inc’s purchases of AT&T Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit D. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by AT&T when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Discount Rates. RESALE The rates pursuant by which Reseller is to purchase services from BellSouth for resale shall be at a discount rate off of the retail rate for the telecommunications service. The discount rates shall be as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Such discount shall reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
Discount Rates. Seller may select LMIR, the LIBO Rate, or the Alternate Base Rate for each Purchaser Interest of any Purchaser. Seller shall by 12:00 noon (New York time) on the last Business Days of any Terminating Tranche, give the applicable Purchaser irrevocable notice of the new Discount Rate for the Purchaser Interest associated with such Terminating Tranche. Until Seller gives notice to the applicable Purchaser of another Discount Rate, the initial Discount Rate for any Purchaser Interest purchased by any Purchaser shall be LMIR.
Discount Rates. McLeodUSA shall be permitted to purchase all Telecommunications Services that BellSouth provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers at a wholesale discount rate off of the retail rate for the Telecommunications Service. The wholesale discount shall be as set forth in Exhibit A to this Attachment, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Such discount shall reflect the costs avoided or avoidable by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes as established by the applicable state Commissions.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.

Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
