Common use of School Volunteers Clause in Contracts

School Volunteers. 1. Prior to the principal assigning a volunteer to work with a classroom teacher, the teacher shall be given a reasonable amount of time during which he/she may interview the volunteer and/or let his/her views be known regarding the volunteer’s assignment to the classroom. The parties agree that the best interests of all parties are served when volunteer assignments are made in an atmosphere of mutual consideration.
