School District Approval and Agreement. In consideration of the compensation to be provided to it under this Agreement, the School District hereby approves the TIF Exemption in the amount of 100% for up to 30 years, as provided for in the TIF Ordinances and waives any payment of income tax revenues derived from new employees at the Site as provided in Section 5709.82 of the Ohio Revised Code.

School District Approval and Agreement. In consideration of the payments to be made to it under this Agreement, the School District waives all notices of, and approves each of the TIF Exemptions, the CRA Agreement and the CRA Exemptions upon the terms described herein, together with any ordinances or resolutions adopted by City Council to approve the TIF Exemptions, the CRA Agreement and the CRA Exemptions.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services.   • Professional Development Leave A. Policy. Professional development leave shall be made available to employees who meet the requirements set forth below. Such leaves are granted to increase an employee's value to the University through enhanced opportunities for professional renewal, educational travel, study, formal education, research, writing, or other experience of professional value, not as a reward for service.

  • Reporting Obligations and Regulatory Approvals Applicable laws and regulations may require holders and beneficial owners of Shares, including the Holders and Beneficial Owners of ADSs, to satisfy reporting requirements and obtain regulatory approvals in certain circumstances.   • NATIONAL JOINT COUNCIL AGREEMENTS 20.1 Subject to the National Joint Council By-Laws, agreements concluded by the National Joint Council of the Public Service on items which may be included in a collective agreement, and which the parties to this agreement have endorsed after December 6, 1978, will form part of this collective agreement, subject to the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA) and any legislation by Parliament that has been or may be, as the case may be, established pursuant to any Act prescribed in Schedule III of the PSLRA.
