Scheduling of Paid Holidays. The Employer shall identify on the work schedule the day which corresponds to the employee's statutory holiday entitlement. Every effort will be made to schedule statutory holidays as additions to the employee's two regularly scheduled days off so that employees will receive as many three day breaks during each year as possible. Where the Employer establishes a five on, two off; four on, two off rotation, every effort will be made to schedule those statutory holidays which are not built into the rotation, as additions to the employee's two regularly scheduled days off so that employees will receive as many three-day breaks during each year as possible.
