Scheduling of Paid Holidays. ‌ The Employer shall identify on the work schedule the day which corresponds to the regular full-time employee's statutory holiday entitlement. Every effort will be made to schedule statutory holidays as additions to the regular full-time employee's two regularly scheduled days off so that regular full-time employees will receive as many three day breaks during each year as possible. Regular part-time employees shall receive an additional 4.3% on each paycheque in lieu of paid holidays listed in Clause 16.1 – Paid Holidays.
