Common use of Scheduled Overtime Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Overtime. Scheduled Overtime is defined as work outside of and in addition to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift scheduled more than twelve (12) hours before the start of scheduled work. Such work is not subject to the two (2) hour minimum.

Scheduled Overtime. Scheduled Overtime overtime work is defined as any overtime work outside of and in addition to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift scheduled more than twelve which the Employer knows will be necessary forty-eight (1248) hours before or more in advance of the start of scheduled overtime work. Such work is not subject to the two However, all scheduled overtime shall be offered no later than forty-eight (248) hour minimumhours in advance.

Scheduled Overtime. 1. Scheduled Overtime is defined as when an employee is advised while at work or outside of and in addition to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift scheduled more than twelve fourteen (1214) hours before the start of scheduled work. Such work is not subject prior to the two (2) hour minimumwork to be done that he is to work overtime.

Scheduled Overtime. Scheduled Overtime is defined as work outside of and in addition to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift scheduled that presents itself more than twelve twenty-four (1224) hours before the start of scheduled work. Scheduled overtime shall be posted and may be claimed by maintenance staff, in rotation order, that have indicated their intent to accept overtime as set out above. There will be no travel time incurred as a result of working overtime at another facility.

Such work is not subject to the two (2) hour minimum.

Scheduled Overtime. Scheduled Overtime overtime is defined as work Wwork outside of and in addition to an Employeeemployee’s regularly scheduled shift work period which is scheduled more than twelve (12) hours before the start of scheduled workwork by the Department HeadPolice Chief or designee when(other than special event overtime described in Paragraph 5 of this Article) will only be paid on a time and one-half (1 ½) basis (excluding other unpaid leave as described in Article L(3)) and such work exceeds the eighty (80) hour threshold in a fourteen (14) day work period. Such work is not subject to the two (2) hour minimum.

Scheduled Overtime. The term “scheduled overtime” refers to hours worked by an employee outside that employee’s normal scheduled work hours, but scheduled in advance. Scheduled Overtime overtime is defined as work outside of distinct from emergency call-out overtime and in addition to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift scheduled more than twelve (12) hours before the start of scheduled work. Such work is not subject to the two (2) hour minimumcontinuation overtime.
