Salary and Wage Requirements. 9.8.1 In accordance with its values, the DEDO-DWS seeks to provide high quality services to our customers. We believe in the increased professionalization of the workforce development field and strive to ensure that our system reflects the dignity of work. Consequently, the DEDO-DWS is requiring that all full-time positions receive a minimum salary that is in line with similar positions in the Denver metro area. The DEDO-DWS also strongly encourages the Sub-recipient to pay professional staff a competitive wage for their level of effort and expertise.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.
