Rural Life and Safety. The owner accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with the suitability or non-suitability of the property for the xxxxxx and/or the persons resident at the property in accordance with this booking. The renter accepts that the property is situated in a rural area and is affected by local country pursuits, including but not limited to animal noise, grass cutting and ancillary agricultural noise which may be experienced. The existence of natural flora and fauna at the property means that insects and other wildlife are not uncommon and the xxxxxx and those persons listed on the owners booking information sheet acknowledge the rural nature of the property.

The Xxxxxx accepts that the property is situated in a remote rural area and is affected by local country pursuits, including but not limited to animal noise, which may be experienced. The existence of natural flora and fauna at the property means that insects and other wildlife are not uncommon and the Xxxxxx and those persons listed on the owner’s booking information sheet acknowledge the rural nature of the property and accepts that any detrimental effects of such on the health and safety of the xxxxxx and his party are entirely the Xxxxxx’x and his parties own risk.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY C8.1 The Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazards which may arise in connection with the performance of the Contract.   • COMPLIANCE WITH OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH By submission of a bid in response to this solicitation, the Bidder certifies that all material, equipment, etc., contained in their bid meets all OSHA requirements. Bidder further certifies that if they are the awarded Contractor, and the material, equipment, etc., delivered is subsequently found to be deficient in any OSHA requirements in effect on date of delivery, all costs necessary to bring the material, equipment, etc., into compliance with the aforementioned requirements shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree to cooperate in the promotion of safe working conditions, the prevention of accidents, the prevention of workplace injuries and the promotion of safe workplace practices.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act The Employer, the Union and the employees agree to be bound by the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1996, c.7.

  • Work Health and Safety (a) The employer and employee acknowledge their responsibilities under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012.
