Rural area. Rural area" means a geographical area or place of less than 10,000 inhabitants. "Rural population" consists of all persons living in places of less than 10,000 inhabitants incorporated as cities, villages, boroughs and towns, including those persons living in the rural portions of extended cities, unincorporated places of less than 10,000 inhabitants and other territory, incorporated or unincorporated. Rural area. An Arkansas county where a hospital designated as a critical access hospital or as a participant in the Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program is located or an Arkansas county with a population of 50,000 or less. SDOH Screening A standardized way of capturing a Life360 client’s health-related social needs to determine any needs or barriers a client may experience at the time of screening. For example, an individual may have trouble paying rent on time and be at risk of losing their apartment. A pregnant individual may experience difficulty going to her doctor’s appointments due to not having a car and lack resources for food.
