Party B promises that the clients developed by itself are all new advertising clients, Party B must not vie with other advertising agents of Party A for clients; In the process of developing new clients, Party B must obtain the approval of Party A when it is needed to have new cooperative contents with Party A or other advertising agents of Party A under special circumstances.

Rights & Obligations of Party B. (1) Party B shall resume the management and administrative rights over the day-to-day business affairs of Champmark and the mining operation at Site IV-1 of the Merapoh Gold Mine. Party B shall be responsible for setting the operational objectives and management operating system for Champmark in accordance to the laws, decree and pertinent rules and regulations and the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Rights & Obligations of Party B. + Take the products with quantity, quality, model, time and place accordingly of delivery by the parties A. + Pay in full and on time for the goods as mentioned in the contract.
