Common use of Right to Organize Clause in Contracts

Right to Organize. Employees shall have the right to self-organize, to form, join or assist the union, or to refrain therefrom, and there shall be no discrimination exercised against any employee covered by this Agreement because of his/her membership or union activities.

All employees shall have the right to self-organize, to form, join or assist and participate in the union, Union or to refrain therefromfrom such activity, to negotiate collectively through the Union regarding the terms and there shall be no discrimination exercised against any employee covered conditions of employment and to engage in concerted activities not prohibited by this Agreement because law for the purpose of his/her membership collective bargaining or union activitiesother mutual aid or protection.
