Right to Cure at Developer's Expense. The City has the right to cure any monetary default by the Developer under a loan made in connection with the Development. The Developer agrees to reimburse the City for any funds advanced by the City to cure a monetary default by Developer upon demand therefor, together with interest at the lesser of the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law from the date of expenditure until the date of reimbursement.

Right to Cure at Developer's Expense. The County shall have the right to cure any monetary default by the Developer under any Security Financing Interest. The Developer agrees to reimburse the County for any funds advanced by the County to cure a monetary default by the Developer upon demand therefor, together with interest thereon at the lesser of the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum or the maximum rate permitted by law from the date of expenditure until the date of reimbursement.

The Authority’s Engineer shall then either carry out the examination, inspection or testing without unreasonable delay, or promptly give notice to the Contractor that the Authority’s Engineer does not require to do so. Provided, however, that if any work is of a continuous nature where it is not possible or prudent to keep it uncovered or incomplete, the Contractor shall notify the schedule of carrying out such work to give sufficient opportunity, not being less than 3 (three) business days’ notice, to the Authority’s Engineer to conduct its inspection, measurement or test while the work is continuing. Provided further that in the event the Contractor receives no response from the Authority’s Engineer within a period of 3 (three) business days from the date on which the Contractor’s notice hereunder is delivered to the Authority’s Engineer, the Contractor shall be entitled to assume that the Authority’s Engineer would not undertake the said inspection.

  • Buyer’s Expenses Buyer agrees to pay all expenses incident to any purchase money loan (e.g. Loan commitment fees, preparation of note, mortgage, and other loan documents, recording fees, prepaid interest and credit reports) and any fees for endorsements to the Title Policy requested by Buyer. The insured closing fee, and the disclosure of sales information form will be split equally between Seller and Buyer.
