BERKELEY EQUAL BENEFITS ORDINANCE a. Tenant hereby agrees to comply with the provisions of the Berkeley Equal Benefits Ordinance, B.M.C. Chapter 13.29. If Tenant is currently subject to the Berkeley Equal Benefits Ordinance, Tenant will be required to provide all eligible employees with City mandated equal benefits during the term of this lease, as defined in B.M.C. Chapter 13.29, as well as comply with the terms enumerated herein.

  • Equal Benefits Ordinance Unless an exception applies, Design Professional shall comply with the Equal Benefits Ordinance (EBO) codified in the San Diego Municipal Code (§22.4304(f)).   • Health and Dental Benefits ‌ During the term of this MOU, the City will provide benefits to all half-time employees as defined by Article 4.1 (Part-Time Employment) of this MOU in accordance with the Civilian Modified Flexible Benefits Program (Flex Program) and any modifications thereto as recommended by the Joint Labor-Management Benefits Committee (JLMBC) and approved by the City Council.
