Contractor’s Expense. The Contractor will be responsible for all costs related to photo copying, telephone communications and fax communications while on County sites during the performance of work and services under this Contract.

If any inspection or testing reveals Defective Work, or if Work is otherwise not approved by Governmental Authorities having jurisdiction, Contractor shall bear all costs associated with correction of such Work, including compensation for Owner Parties’ additional services attributable to such failure.

Contractor’s Expense a. Fees listed in this Attachment B are inclusive of all administrative fees, operational fees, traveling fees, transportation fees, printed materials fees, parking fees and/or any other costs/fees required to provide such services. No additional fees or costs shall be paid beyond the flat fee stated.

However, the County will not provide free parking to the Contractor in the County Civic Center. Contractor shall xxxx for the actual number of hours worked. Contractor shall notify County in advance if any task requires an additional time commitment to complete. County approval is required before Contractor can work additional hours/time on the project.
