Review of Classification. 24.9. The Company shall have the right to review the Client’s Classification according to Applicable Regulations and inform the Client accordingly of the change before it comes into effect by providing the Client with advance notice of at least ten Business Days. Notwithstanding paragraph 25.1, changing the Client’s Classification may also mean changing the type of Client Account of the Client. The Client shall be treated as accepting the change on that date unless, before then, the Client informs the Company that the Client wishes to terminate the Agreement and not accept the change.
