Seniority Protection on Merger or Amalgamation. In the event that School Districts should merge, amalgamate, combine or eliminate any of their operations or functions, the Employer agrees to the retention of seniority rights for all employees.

  • Dissolution of Entity The Contractor shall notify the County immediately of any intention to discontinue existence of the entity or to bring an action of dissolution.
