Retirement with a Date of Hire on or after January 1, 1994. Medical Insurance to be Provided by CalPERS – The premiums for the insurance coverage shall be benchmarked at the greater premiums of Kaiser or Blue Shield Access Plus options provided for the Sacramento area. A retiree residing outside the coverage area of a Sacramento area plan, or selecting a plan option with a cost in excess of the benchmarked plan will be responsible for paying the difference in cost.

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked.
