INSURANCE TO BE PROVIDED. Partner shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement and at Partner’s sole cost and expense, obtain and keep in force the insurance coverages and amounts set forth in this section:

  • Student Data to Be Provided In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of LHSIA, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP.
