Retiree Representative. One (1) retired employee shall serve as a non-voting member to provide input on the effects of proposed changes upon retirees. The name of a retiree may be nominated by any voting member and shall be elected by the majority vote of the members shall serve a term of three (3) years. Such retired member may be re-elected by a majority vote of the members to serve one (1) additional term.
