Restoration or Transfer of Vacation Credits. (a) An employee, who terminates employment with the Province of P.E.I. to take immediate employment with another public sector Employer in P.E.I. and is subsequently rehired from that other public sector Employer by the Province of P.E.I., shall have their previous service with the Province of P.E.I. counted for the purpose of calculating vacation entitlement. For the purpose of this Article, a public sector Employer in P.E.I. means Health PEI, the Public Schools Branch, the French Language School Board and any other crown corporations and agencies.
