Responsibility Outside the Bargaining Unit. When an Employer temporarily assigns an employee to carry out the assigned responsibilities of a higher paying classification outside of the Bargaining Unit the employee shall be paid a premium of fifty five cents ($0.55) per hour in addition to their regular hourly rate.
