Responsibility for Installation, Maintenance and Removal, etc Clause Samples

The 'Responsibility for Installation, Maintenance and Removal, etc' clause assigns the duties related to setting up, servicing, and eventually dismantling equipment or installations under a contract. It typically specifies which party is responsible for ensuring that installation is completed according to agreed standards, that ongoing maintenance is performed to keep the equipment in good working order, and that removal or decommissioning is handled properly at the end of the contract or project. This clause helps prevent disputes by clearly allocating operational responsibilities and ensuring that both parties understand their obligations throughout the lifecycle of the equipment or installation.
