Common use of Resignation from All Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall resign, as of the date of such termination, from all positions he then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the board of directors (and any committee thereof) of EWT Holdings I Corporation (“Holdings”) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company Group”). The Executive shall be required to execute such writings as are required to effectuate the foregoing.

The Executive shall be required to execute such writings as are required to effectuate the foregoing, but the Executive shall be treated for all purposes as having so resigned upon termination of the Executive’s employment, regardless of when or whether the Executive executes any such documentation.
