Common use of Resignation from All Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination of the Employee's employment with the Employer for any reason, the Employee shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination, from all positions he then holds with the Employer as an Officer, Director, Employee and Member of the Board (and any committee thereof) (as applicable) and the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of any of the Employer's affiliates.
