Common use of Resignation from All Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignation, from and with respect to all positions the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of the Company and any of its Affiliates.

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignationtermination, from and with respect to all positions the Executive he then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board (and any committee thereof) and the board of Directors directors (and any committee thereof) of the Company and any of its Affiliatesthe Company’s affiliates.

Upon Executive agrees to resign, on the date of termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignation, from and with respect to all positions the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee officer and member of the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) director of the Company and any affiliate of its Affiliatesthe Company, and as a fiduciary of any benefit plan of the Company or any affiliate of the Company, and to promptly execute and provide to the Company any further documentation, as requested by the Company, to confirm such resignation; provided that Executive shall not be required to resign as a member of the Board in the event of his voluntary retirement from the Company.

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the On termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination immediately resign from any and all other positions or resignation, from and with respect to all positions committees that the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee and or is a member of the Board of Directors (and any committee thereof) of with the Company and any of its Affiliatessubsidiaries or affiliates, including as an officer or director and shall, in the absence of further action, be deemed to have so resigned from all such positions.

Resignation from All Positions. Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resigned, as of the date of such termination or resignationtermination, from and with respect to all positions the Executive he then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board (and any committee thereof) and the board of Directors directors (and any committee thereof) of the Company and any of its Affiliatesthe Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates.

Upon the termination or resignation of the Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive shall be deemed to have resignedresign, as of the date of such termination or resignationtermination, from and with respect to all positions the Executive then holds as an officer, director, employee and member of the Board board of Directors directors (and any committee thereof) of Holdings and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Company and any of its AffiliatesGroup”). The Executive shall be required to execute such writings as are required to effectuate the foregoing.

The Executive agrees to execute such writings to effectuate the foregoing, as and when requested by the Company.
