Reserve Engineers. Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P., a reserve engineer that prepared reserve reports on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by (i) the Company as of December 31, 2013 and as of December 31, 2012 and (ii) the Company, Gulfport Energy Corporation (“Gulfport”) and Windsor UT, LLC (“Windsor UT”) as of December 31, 2011 was, as of the date of preparation of such reserve reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.
Reserve Engineers. Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., the reserve engineer that prepared a reserve report on estimated net proved oil and natural gas reserves held by the Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2014, has represented to the Company that they are an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries for the periods set forth in the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus.
Reserve Engineers. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, Inc. (“Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx”), whose reports appear in the Pre-Pricing Prospectus and who has delivered the letter referred to in Section 6(g) hereof, was, as of the date of such reports, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Trust and the Company.
Reserve Engineers. Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates Inc., who issued a report with respect to certain of the Company’s oil and natural gas reserves and who has delivered or will deliver the letters referred to in Sections 5(j) and 5(k) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company. To the knowledge of the Company, XxXxxxx Petroleum Consultants, Ltd., who issued a report with respect to certain of the Thunder Entities’ oil and natural gas reserves and who has delivered or will deliver the letters referred to in Sections 5(l) and 5(m) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Thunder Entities.
Reserve Engineers. Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates Inc., who issued a report with respect to certain of the Company’s oil and natural gas reserves and who has delivered or will deliver the letters referred to in Sections 5(j) and 5(k) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company.
Reserve Engineers. Engine service employees who are qualified or certified to work as an engineer but not working as such. This does not include engine service brakeman.
Reserve Engineers. The information underlying the estimates of reserves of the Company and the Underlying Properties, which was supplied by the Company to Xxxxx Xxxxx Company, L.P. (“Xxxxx Xxxxx”), independent petroleum engineers, for purposes of preparing the reserve reports and estimates of the Company and preparing the letter (the “Reserve Report Letter”) of Xxxxx Xxxxx, including, without limitation, production volumes, sales prices for production costs of operation and development, and working interest and net revenue information relating to ownership interests in the Underlying Properties, was true and correct in all material respects on the dates such estimates were made and such information was supplied and was prepared in accordance with customary industry practices; estimates of such reserves and present values as described in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus and reflected in the Reserve Report Letter comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of Regulation S-X and Subpart 1200 of Regulation S-K under the Act. Xxxxx Xxxxx, whose report as of March 31, 2010 is referenced in the Prospectus, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Company and the Underlying Properties.

Netherland, Sxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Schlumberger Technology Corporation (together, the “Reserve Engineers”), whose reserve reports (the “Reserve Reports”) are referenced or appear, as the case may be, in the Pricing Disclosure Package or are to be referenced or appear, as the case may be, in the Prospectus were, as of December 31, 2011, and are, as of the date hereof, independent engineers with respect to the BreitBurn Entities; and the historical information underlying the estimates of the reserves of the BreitBurn Entities supplied to the Reserve Engineers for purposes of preparing the Reserve Reports, including, without limitation, production volumes, sale prices for production, contractual pricing provisions under oil or gas sales or marketing contracts, costs of operations and development and working interest and net revenue information relating to ownership interests in properties, was true and correct in all material respects in accordance with customary industry practice on the date that each such Reserve Report was prepared.

Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc. and Schlumberger Technology Corporation (together, the “Reserve Engineers”), whose reserve reports (the “Reserve Reports”) are referenced or appear, as the case may be, in the Pricing Disclosure Package were, as of December 31, 2010, and are, as of the date hereof, independent engineers with respect to the BreitBurn Entities; and the historical information underlying the estimates of the reserves of the BreitBurn Entities supplied to the Reserve Engineers for purposes of preparing the Reserve Reports, including, without limitation, production volumes, sale prices for production, contractual pricing provisions under oil or gas sales or marketing contracts, costs of operations and development and working interest and net revenue information relating to ownership interests in properties, was true and correct in all material respects in accordance with customary industry practice on the date that each such Reserve Report was prepared.
Reserve Engineers. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, a petroleum engineering firm from whose reserve reports information (the “Reserve Information”) is set forth in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus, are independent petroleum engineers with respect to the Company. Other than (i) the production of reserves in the ordinary course of business (ii) intervening price fluctuations or (iii) as described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus, the Company is not aware of any facts or circumstances that would result in a material adverse change in its proved reserves in the aggregate, or the aggregate present value of estimated future net revenues of the Company or the standardized measure of discounted future net cash flows therefrom, as described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and reflected in the Reserve Information as of the respective dates such information is given. Estimates of the proved reserves and the present value of the estimated future net revenues and the discounted future net cash flows derived therefrom as described in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Final Prospectus and reflected in the Reserve Information comply in all material respects to the applicable requirements of Regulation S-X of the Act and Industry Guide 2 under the Act.
