Reserve Reports definition

Reserve Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17.
Reserve Reports means, collectively, the McDaniel Report and Haas Report;
Reserve Reports means the reserve information prepared by the Company's independent petroleum engineers estimating the proved reserves attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties as of December 31, 1998 and described in (i) the Appraisal Report as of December 31, 1998 on Certain Properties Owned by The Wiser Oil Company, prepared by XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, and (ii) the Reserve Appraisal and Economic Evaluation for The Wiser Oil Company Canada Ltd. dated as of January 1, 1999, prepared by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx Associates.

Examples of Reserve Reports in a sentence

  • Based in part on the Reserve Reports made available to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 3.01, the Lenders shall redetermine the Borrowing Base on or prior to the next Redetermination Date (or such date promptly thereafter as reasonably possible based on the engineering and other information available to the Lenders).

  • All Council controlled Schools built prior to 1992 have been issued with a Premises Asbestos Register.

More Definitions of Reserve Reports

Reserve Reports means the MLP’s estimate of its Proved Reserves as of December 31, 2010 or January 1, 2011, as applicable, as set forth in aggregate in the reserve engineer evaluation and audit letters included as Exhibits C, D and E to the prospectus included in the Registration Statement.
Reserve Reports means, collectively, the McDaniel Report, the Haas Report and the MHA Report;

Reserve Reports means (a) that certain third-party letter report of DeGolyer and MacNaughton dated February 14, 2019, containing its opinion on the proved reserves attributable to certain properties that the Company represented that it owned as of December 31, 2018, and (b) that certain unaudited reserve report prepared by or on behalf of the Company’s internal reserve engineering staff with respect to certain proved reserves attributable to oil and gas properties owned by the Sellers as of January 1, 2020.
Reserve Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b) hereof.
Reserve Reports means the following reports prepared by Norwest Corporation: (i) Reasonableness Review of RAG American Coal Holding, Inc., dated April 8, 2004 (the "Reasonableness Review"); (ii) Reserve Audit of RAG American Coal Holding, Inc., dated April 8, 2004 (the "Reserve Audit"); and (iii) RAG American Coal Holding, Inc. Collateral Analysis, dated April 9, 2004 (the "Collateral Analysis").
