Costs of Operation. As between LESSEE and LESSOR, LESSEE will pay all costs incurred in the operation of the Aircraft during the Lease Term, for profit or otherwise, including the costs of flight crews, cabin personnel, fuel, oil, lubricants, maintenance, insurance, storage, landing and navigation fees, airport charges, passenger service and any and all other expenses of any kind or nature, directly or indirectly, in connection with or related to the use, movement and operation of the Aircraft. The obligations, covenants and liabilities of LESSEE under this paragraph arising prior to return of the Aircraft to LESSOR will continue in full force and effect, notwithstanding the termination of this Lease or expiration of the Lease Term.

Costs of Operation. Service Professional is solely responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Service Professional in connection with the operation of Service Professional’s principal place of business and the performance of the Services, and in no event shall Purify Pros reimburse, or be required to reimburse, Service Professional for any tools, materials, costs or expenses used in connection with the Services. Service Professional shall furnish and maintain, at Service Professional's own expense, the tools, equipment, supplies, and other materials used to perform the Services. Service Professional, at Service Professional's sole discretion, shall determine what equipment, supplies, and materials are necessary to perform the Services, and where, when, and at what cost, to purchase or maintain any necessary equipment, supplies, tools, and materials. Service Professional is not required to purchase any equipment, tools, supplies, or materials from Purify Pros at any time.
Costs of Operation. Contractor will pay all costs for installing, operating, stocking, servicing, and replacing the Equipment; provided, however, subject to Section 2.3, University will provide Contractor with electricity and water for operation of Equipment on Campus. University will not be responsible for any money shortages that result from theft, burglary, inoperable or malfunctioning Equipment, or any other cause.

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or as otherwise agreed in writing by Provider and Client, Provider and Client shall each be responsible for any costs and expenses it incurs in connection with the performance of this Agreement or operation of its business. If, for any Comparison Year, Subtenant's Share of Costs of Operation exceeds the product of Base Costs of Operation multiplied by the Rentable Area of the Premises, Subtenant shall pay the excess to Sublandlord as Additional Charges. It is understood and agreed that if, as a result of deregulation in the utilities industry, there occurs during a Comparison Year a reduction in the cost of electricity below the level of such costs during the Base Year, it is agreed for purposes of this Sublease (and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein) that electricity charges included within Costs of Operation will in no event be reduced to a level lower than the level of electricity charges included within Costs of Operation during Subtenant's Base Year and such reduction below the amount of electricity charges in the Base Year shall not be applied to other expenses included within Costs of Operation. For purposes of clarification, if electricity charges for any subsequent Comparison Year remain at a level below the level of Base Year electricity charges, electricity charges for such subsequent Comparison Year shall be deemed to be at the level of Base Year electricity charges.
