RESERVATION TO MANAGEMENT. 2.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Company to hire, promote, and demote, transfer, suspend or otherwise discipline and discharge any employee for just cause subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided.

This action of the Company shall be subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided.
