Reservation of Jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the dismissal of this action and entry of final judgment, the Court shall retain jurisdiction for purposes of interpreting and enforcing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, as necessary.
Reservation of Jurisdiction. The court in the parties’ dissolution action shall reserve jurisdiction to make such orders relating to sale of the family residence that are necessary to carry out this agreement if the parties fail to cooperate or agree, including orders with respect to provisions regarding the residence pending sale, the sale process itself, disposition of proceeds, and tax consequences.
