Reservation of Jurisdiction. ______The court in the parties’ dissolution action shall reserve jurisdiction to make such orders relating to sale of the family residence that are necessary to carry out this agreement if the parties fail to cooperate or agree, including orders with respect to provisions regarding the residence pending sale, the sale process itself, disposition of proceeds, and tax consequences.
