RESEARCH ASSISTANTS AND RESEARCH ASSOCIATES. The titles of Research Assistant and Research Associate are used exclusively for individuals who support grant-funded research activities. The specific conditions of employment shall be identified in offer letters of employment or as modified on renewal appointments as they occur. Reasonable changes in hours may be required with four weeks' notice. The normal University workweek will apply with provision for compensatory time in accordance with mutually agreed upon guidelines.
