Common use of Reporting Expense Clause in Contracts

Reporting Expense. When qualified Workers report for work as directed and for whom no work is provid- ed, they shall be paid sixty dollars ($60.00) reporting expense unless prevented from working by causes, not under the control of the Employer. It being understood that the above reimbursements are for the inconve- nience of reporting to the job site and are not to be con- strued as wages for work performed and that workers entitled to reporting expense shall not be required to remain on the job site except as provided below.
