Standby Pay 19.01 When an Employee is designated to be immediately available to return to work during a period in which they are not on regular duty, the Employee shall be paid the amount of one-half (½) hours’ pay at their regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof on a day that is not a paid holiday. For standby on a paid holiday, the payment shall be one (1) hours’ pay at the regular rate for each four (4) hours on standby or major portion thereof.
Reporting Pay Employees who report for any scheduled shift will be guaranteed at least four (4) hours of work, or if no work is available will be paid at least four (4) hours except when work is not available due to conditions beyond the control of the Hospital. The reporting allowance outlined as herein shall not apply whenever an employee has received prior notice not to report for work. Part-time employees scheduled to work less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day will receive a pro-rated amount of reporting pay.
Minimum Reporting Allowance If an employee reports for work at the regularly scheduled time and no work is available such employee will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular rate provided:
Minimum Daily Pay (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.
Minimum Pay The minimum time for which overtime compensation shall be paid under the provisions of Section 208.12 shall be two hours, except that if an employee, who has been notified to report for prearranged work outside of his/her regular work hours on workdays, continues to work into or beyond regular work hours, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation only for actual work time up to regular work hours, and for travel time as provided in Section 208.12 hereof. REPORTING ALLOWANCE An employee who reports for work at an Employer's job site or shop, unless directed not to report the previous day by his Employer, and for whom no work is available due to reasons other than inclement weather or any other reason beyond the control of the Employer, shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours reporting time and shall remain at other work if requested to do so by the Xxxxxxx.
Xxxx Pay We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your share draft account for xxxx payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. We will process your xxxx payment transfer within a designated number of days before the date you schedule for payment. You must allow sufficient time for vendors to process your payment after they receive a transfer from us. Please leave as much time as though you were sending your payment by mail. We cannot guarantee the time that any payment will be credited to your account by the vendor. The following limitations on Xxxx Pay transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of xxxx payments per day.
