Special Needs Training Clause Samples

The Special Needs Training clause requires that specific training be provided to individuals who interact with or support persons with special needs. This may involve tailored instruction for staff, volunteers, or contractors to ensure they understand how to accommodate and assist individuals with disabilities or unique requirements, such as mobility challenges or communication barriers. By mandating this training, the clause helps ensure that services are accessible and inclusive, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or inadequate support for those with special needs.
