Monetary. In consideration of, and in full payment for, the Services, the Company hereby agrees to issue to Consultant, subject to the provisions of this paragraph, an aggregate of 50,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, $.001 par value per share (the “Shares”); provided, however, that prior to issuance of any of the Shares, the Company shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement on Form S-8 with respect to the Shares.
Monetary references in this Agreement and in the principal agreement are references to Australian currency unless otherwise specifically expressed.
Monetary and collective bargaining issues are not included in the mandate of the Joint Training & Licensing Committee (unless input is requested by the UMCM).
Monetary. Contributions
Monetary. Borrower’s failure to make any payment when due under the Note or any of the other Loan Documents;
Monetary. Borrower’s failure to pay within 5 days when due any sums payable under the Note or any of the other Loan Documents or Borrower’s failure to deposit any funds as and when required under this Agreement; or
Monetary. Borrower’s failure to pay when due any sums payable under the Note or any of the other Loan Documents or Borrower’s failure to deposit any Borrower’s Funds as and when required under this Agreement; or
Monetary. Borrower or Trustor shall fail to (aa) pay when due any sums which by their express terms require immediate payment without any grace period or sums which are payable on the Maturity Date, or (bb) pay within 5 days when due any other sums payable under the Note, this Deed of Trust or any of the other Loan Documents, including without limitation, any monthly payment due under the Note.
Monetary. CONTRIBUTION RATE The monetary contribution rate for infrastructure is $1003 per square metre of strategic gross floor area. Strategic gross floor area is the additional floor space granted under Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2012 being the difference between the maximum floor space of 20:1 and the following:
