Report to Members. The Company shall report any indemnification or advance of expenses in accordance with this Article 9 to the Members with or before the notice or waiver of notice of the next Members’ meeting or with or before the next submission to Members of a consent to action without a meeting and, in any case, within the 12-month period immediately following the date of the indemnification or advance.

Report to Members. Any indemnification or advance of expenses in accordance with the provisions of this Article V shall be reported in writing to the Members with or before the notice or waiver of notice of the next Members’ meeting or with or before the next submission to Members of a consent to action without a meeting and, in any case, within the twelve-month period immediately following the date of the indemnification or advance.
Report to Members. Not later than ninety (90) days after the end of each fiscal year of the Company, each Member shall be furnished with a report of the business and operations of the Company during such fiscal year, which report shall constitute the accounting of the Board of Governors for such fiscal year. The report shall contain financial statements, including statements of assets and liabilities, of income and expenses, of Members’ equity and changes in financial position, of cash flow, and of the amount and nature of any compensation paid to the Board of Governors and Managers during the period, including a description of the services performed in relation thereto, and shall otherwise be in such form and have such content as the Board of Governors deems proper.

Report to Members. Not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each month of the Company, each Member shall be furnished with a report of the business and operations of the Company during such month, which report shall constitute the accounting of the Manager for such month. The report shall contain (a) a balance sheet as of month end, a statement of operations for the month then ended, a statement of Members' equity, and statement of cash flows; (b) a report of the activities of the Company during the period covered by the report; and (c) the amount of any fees or other reimbursements to the Manager or any Affiliates of the Manager during the month to which such report relates, including information required by Article 12.8. Such report shall set forth distributions to Members for the period covered thereby and shall separately identify distributions from (i) Net Cash From Operations during the period; (ii)
