Net Cash From Operations definition
Net Cash From Operations means the gross cash proceeds from Company operations less the portion thereof used to, or expected to be used to, pay expenses, debt payments, capital improvements, replacements and increases to reserves therefor. "Net Cash From Operations" shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions or similar allowances, but shall be increased by any reductions to reserves previously established.
Net Cash From Operations means the gross cash proceeds from the Company’s investments, operations, sales, and other dispositions of assets, including but not limited to investment assets (but not including sales and other dispositions of all or substantially all of the assets of the Company), less the portion thereof used to pay, or set aside for, the established reserves for all the Company’s expenses, debt payments, capital improvements, replacements and contingencies, all as determined by the Board of Managers. Net Cash from Operations shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions, or similar allowances, but shall be increased by any reduction of reserves previously established, but not expended, as authorized by the Board of Managers.
Net Cash From Operations means the gross cash revenues received from Partnership operations less amounts used to pay or establish reserves for all Partnership expenses, debt payments (principal and interest), capital improvements, capital replacements and contingencies, all as determined by the General Partner. Net Cash From Operations shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions or similar allowances, but shall be increased by any reductions of reserves previously established.

Net Cash from Operations, if any, for any fiscal year, will be distributed to the Members on not less than an annual basis in an amount sufficient to reduce the Company’s cumulative Net Cash from Operations to $200,000.00, unless otherwise determined by a Super Majority Vote of the Board of Managers and provided that any such distribution does not violate or cause the Company to default under the terms of any of the Company’s credit facilities or debt instruments or violate Section 9.10 of this Agreement.

Net Cash From Operations means Cash Flow, less the amounts set aside for restoration or creation of reserves and for repurchases of Units pursuant to Section 8.11 hereof, if any.
Net Cash From Operations means the net cash proceeds from rents and other income (excluding Net Cash from Sales or Refinancings) (net of all operating expenses and payments required to lenders for secured debt of the Co-Tenancy), less any portion thereof used to establish reserves, all as determined by BR CDP.

"Net Cash From Operations" shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions, or similar allowances, but shall be increased by any reductions of reserves previously established pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 1.68 and Section 1.69 hereof.
Net Cash From Operations means, for any relevant period, all cash of the Company derived from any source other than from Capital Contributions or amounts derived from a Capital Event, less the following: (a) all cash expenditures incurred in connection with the operation of the Company’s business; (b) any amount necessary to pay liabilities of the Company then due and owing (including, without limitation, all loans and advances to the Company by any Member); and (c) any amount determined by the Manager to be reasonably necessary or desirable as a reserve for the operation of the Company business, liabilities of the Company not yet due, and/or future or contingent liabilities of the Company. The amounts described in the foregoing clauses (b) and (c) shall be funded, to the maximum extent possible, from cash sources other than proceeds from a Capital Event. All decisions and determinations regarding the computation of Net Cash from Operations (and any component thereof) shall be made by the Manager.
