Replacement transport. 1. If and insofar as this has been agreed in the Lease Agreement, Lessee will have the right to replacement transport in case of maintenance work and technical repairs in the Netherlands which cannot be carried out within the contractually agreed period. Lessee will have the right to replacement transport for the duration of the work/repairs.

Replacement transport. If your DOCKR has not been repaired 2 working days after notification, whereby a notification after 15:00 is deemed to have been made on the next working day, as stated in Article 2, we shall endeavour to replace the vehicle with a comparable model within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).
Replacement transport. B1 The Client is entitled to replacement transport if repair and maintenance are part of the Contract and if the repair and/or maintenance work cannot be carried out within the time specified in the Contract. B2 The Replacement Vehicle will be of the same or almost the same category as the Vehicle, unless stated otherwise in the Contract. B3 FS is only obliged to provide a Replacement Vehicle if the Client is in not in default in any way in respect of its obligations towards FS at that time. B4 The kilometres driven with the Replacement Vehicle will be added to the total number of kilometres driven with the Vehicle. B5 The provisions of the Contract and these General Terms and Conditions apply to the Replacement Vehicle and its use, unless agreed otherwise. B6 If a Replacement Vehicle is used as referred to in this article, the Client will remain subject to the obligation to pay the agreed monthly instalment.

  • Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.

  • Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy The Environmentally Preferable Procurement Policy, along with a brief policy description, is located on the City’s website at the following link: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/esd/natural-energy-resources/epp.htm. Environmental procurement policies and activities related to the completion of any Work will include, whenever practicable, but are not limited to:  The use of recycled and/or recyclable products in daily operations (i.e. 30%, 50%, 100% PCW paper, chlorine process free, triclosan free hand cleaner, etc.);  The use of energy-star compliant equipment;  The use of alternative fuel and hybrid vehicles, and implementation of protocols aimed at increasing the efficiency of vehicle operation;  The implementation of internal waste reduction and reuse protocol(s); and  Water and resource conservation activities within facilities, including bans on individual serving bottled water and the use of compostable food service products.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. Xxxx and keep shall govern compensation for such traffic exchanged by the Parties in this State until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the Agreement, or (2) further action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or a court of competent jurisdiction, vacates, replaces, modifies, or supersedes the applicable rules adopted in Order on Remand and Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 00-00, XXX 00-000 (xxx.
