Common use of Replacement of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Personnel. i. Except as the Trust may otherwise agree, no changes shall be made in the Key Personnel i.e., MD/CEO of the hospital, MEDCO. If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider it becomes necessary to replace any of the Personnel, the Service Provider shall forthwith provide as a replacement to a person of equivalent or better qualifications. The procedure of change of MD/ CEO prescribed herein shall be followed.
