Replacement of Committee Members. (a) Contracting Authority shall be entitled to replace any of its respective representatives on the Works Committee by written Notice to Project Co. Contracting Authority will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written Notice of any such replacement to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Works Committee with the prior written consent of Contracting Authority.

(a) Infrastructure Ontario and Owner shall be entitled to replace any of their respective representatives on the Work Committee by written notice to the other and to Project Co. Replacement of Committee Members. Either Party may remove and replace its designee on the Committee at any time by providing written notice to the other Party.
