RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Enterprise Agreement must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Private Hospital Industry Nurses’ (State) Award.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (i) The agreement must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Private Hospital Industry Nurses’ (State) Award.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Clause shall be read in conjunction with the provisions of the Nurses (ANF – WA Public Sector) Award 1994 and shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (a) This Agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Transport Workers’ (General) Award No. 10 of 1961 (‘the Award’).
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. As at the date of operation of this Agreement, to the extent that these terms pertain to the employment relationship between employer and their employees, shall be considered terms of this Agreement. Where there is any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Award as incorporated, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This agreement shall be read and interpreted in conjunction with the social and community services employees (state) award. The agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency between the award and the agreement.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. 1.4.1 This agreement will totally regulate the terms and conditions of employment and operates to the exclusion of any other Award, agreement or transitional instrument.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Agreement will replace the Drug Factories (State) Award. Where this Agreement is silent on a relevant matter, the award will apply.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. (a) This Agreement shall prevail over the Award to the extent of any inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP WITH AWARD. This Agreement expressly excludes all protected Award conditions [including protected Award conditions, protected notional conditions and protected preserved conditions specified in s 354 of the Act] that may otherwise apply to the employees under the KFC National Enterprise Award 1995 (“the Award”), including rest breaks, incentive based payments and bonuses, annual leave loadings, public holidays, certain expense and work related allowances, overtime and shift penalties and penalty rates and provisions that are incidental or machinery to such conditions. All other Award terms, conditions and entitlements are excluded.
