Other Award means an award based in whole or in part by reference to the Common Stock which is granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 5(c).
Other Award means an award valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Common Stock, including the appreciation in value thereof (e.g., options or stock rights with an exercise price or strike price less than 100% of the Fair Market Value at the time of grant) that is not an Incentive Stock Options, Nonstatutory Stock Option, SAR, Restricted Stock Award, RSU Award or Performance Award.
Other Award means an Award issued pursuant to Section 6.9 hereof.
Examples of Other Award in a sentence
After the Administrator determines that it will grant Other Awards under the Plan, it will advise the Participant in an Award Agreement of the terms, conditions, and restrictions related to the Other Award.
The Administrator will set vesting criteria in its discretion, which, depending on the extent to which the criteria are met, will determine the right to receive a payout pursuant to the Other Award.

Other Award means any form of Award other than an Option, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Stock, Performance Unit or Stock Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 11 of the Plan.
