Rejection of Bids. 22.1. The ACCO may reject a Bid if:
Rejection of Bids. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid. The Procuring Agency shall upon request communicate to any bidder who submitted a bid, the grounds for its rejection of any or all bids, but is not required to justify those grounds. The Procuring Agency incurs no liability, solely towards bidders who have submitted bids. Notice of the rejection of any or all bids shall be given promptly to the concerned bidders that submitted bids.

Bidders whose bids, past performance, or current status do not reflect the capability, integrity, or reliability to fully and in good faith perform the requirements of a contract may be rejected as not responsible. The Department reserves the right to determine which bids meet the requirements of this solicitation, and which bidders are responsive and responsible.
Rejection of Bids. The Government may, after opening but prior to award and within the time specified for acceptance, reject any or all bids, or the bid for any one or more commodities or contracted services included in the proposed contact, when the public interest will be served thereby. 9.
Rejection of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if investigation of such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations and to complete the Work contemplated by the Contract Documents. Any or all Proposals will be rejected if there is a reason to believe that collusion exists among the Bidders.
Rejection of Bids. The City reserves the right to cancel the Invitation to Bid, to reject any or all bids, to reject the bid of a bidder who is not in a position to perform the contract, or to waive any informalities in any bid.
