REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR DIRECT CARE SERVICES. A. Except to the extent inconsistent with the rate methodology explained herein, VA shall reimburse the IHS for Direct Care Services at rates based on Medicare payment methodologies. In the absence of Medicare rates and otherwise agreed upon rates specified herein, VA will pay the lesser of the local VA Fee Schedule amount or billed charges.

REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR DIRECT CARE SERVICES. A. Except to the extent inconsistent with the rate methodology explained herein, VA shall reimburse the THP for Direct Care Services at rates based on Medicare payment methodologies. In the absence of Medicare rates and otherwise agreed upon rates specified herein, VA will pay the lesser of the local VA Fee Schedule amount or billed charges. to all inpatient services furnished by the THP hospital, whether provided by part of a department, subunit, distinct part, or other component of a hospital including services furnished directly by the hospital or under arrangements with contract providers who provide Direct Care Services onsite in a THP facility.

  • FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment No. 9 shall not exceed the sum of $118,190.00. No more frequently than once per month, PSP shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. Any reimbursable expenses, if allowed, shall be in accordance with Section 4.6 of the Agreement.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.
