REIMBURSEMENT FOR USE OF PRIVATE CARS. The County shall reimburse employees who agree mutually with the County to provide their private cars for use on official business in lieu of using a County-owned car. The reimbursement shall be paid monthly on the filing of a claim therefor by the employee. The employee shall be reimbursed for any mileage traveled at a rate based upon the Internal Revenue Service business mileage deduction rate, for the first 600 miles of reimbursement. For over 600 miles, the reimbursement would be at the Internal Revenue Service business mileage deduction rate less $.15 per mile.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR USE OF PRIVATE CARS. The use of privately-owned vehicles for official business is allowed and should be mutually agreeable by both the owner and the County and shall not be mandatory unless specifically stated as a condition of employment. All private vehicle travel will be reimbursed at the current Internal Revenue Service standard mileage rate. The mileage claim shall be submitted to the employee’s supervisor no later than 60 days after the last day of the month being claimed in order for a non-taxable reimbursement.

  • Printing of Agreement The Employer and the Union will share equally the cost of printing sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution by the Union. The content of the cover to this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.

  • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

  • Printing and Distribution of Agreement The Medical Center and the Association shall equally share expenses for the printing of an adequate supply of copies of this Agreement.   • Payment of Prevailing Wages The Contractor and all Subcontractors shall pay all workers on all Work performed pursuant to this Contract not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, State of California, for the type of work performed and the locality in which the work is to be performed within the boundaries of the District, pursuant to sections 1770 et seq. of the California Labor Code.
